1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing and using PetPortrait AI Studio, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.
2. LICENSE TO USE
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PetPortrait AI Studio for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
3. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
3.1 Subscription Plans
- Weekly and yearly subscription options are available
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Prices are displayed in your local currency and are subject to change with advance notice
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
3.2 Auto-Renewal
- Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's subscription settings
3.3 Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
- Access to premium features continues until the end of the paid period
- Refund requests must be made through Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their policies
4. USER CONTENT
4.1 Your Photos
- You retain all ownership rights to photos you upload to the App
- By uploading photos, you grant us a license to process them for AI generation purposes
- We do not claim ownership of your original content
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any photos
4.2 Generated Images
- AI-generated images are created for your personal use
- You may share generated images on social media and personal platforms
- Commercial use of generated images requires separate licensing agreement
- We reserve the right to use anonymized generated images for marketing and improvement purposes
5. PROHIBITED USES
You agree not to:
- Upload inappropriate, offensive, illegal, or copyrighted content without permission
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt our services
- Use the App for commercial purposes without explicit written permission
- Share your account credentials with others
- Upload images of people without their consent
- Use the App to generate harmful, misleading, or deceptive content
- Circumvent any access restrictions or usage limits
6. AI GENERATION DISCLAIMER
- AI-generated images are created automatically using artificial intelligence
- Results may vary and quality is not guaranteed
- We are not responsible for unexpected or undesired results
- Generated images should not be used for official identification purposes
- AI technology may produce errors or artifacts in generated images
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- PetPortrait AI Studio and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us
- Our trademarks, logos, and brand features are our exclusive property
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission
- All AI models and algorithms used in the App are proprietary
8. PRIVACY AND DATA
- Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy
- We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy
- You consent to such processing by using the App
- We implement security measures to protect your data
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
- We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the past 12 months
- We are not responsible for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Content you upload to the App
11. TERMINATION

- Remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, but these Terms will continue to apply to your prior use.
